Last we boiled the juice added sugar and canned. We just but the jars in the oven at 24o degrees and then added boiling juice, worked pretty slick! We did also freeze some juice in jugs without our boiling or adding sugar.

heres how we washed the apples first

When the buckets full move forward and press out the juice into pail

throw in the whole apples and grind them into the bucket bellow
Couple weekends ago we used our apple press to make apple juice. Leah was up for the weekend, so we recruited her help as well as the whole Dykstra clan; in exchange for juice of course. I think we got about 25 gallons. Here's the process in a nutshell, sorry it's backwards.
