We went to NE for the weekend to celebrate Madden's 1st birthday and go to my mom's family reunion. Madden loved her chocolate cake even though she was already stuffed full from supper. She loved her gifts and did really well at opening them herself. The family reunion turned out really good. A water balloon toss turned into a water fight, and not many left dry. We had a bonfire at Uncle Carl and Toni's for supper. And as you can tell Lowell is keeping busy (when we happen to stay home) with projects around here. He finished this hutch for me that I found on pottery barn for $1500 and he made it for $200.
